To me a great body might be something different for every person. In the end, the most important thing is that people eat well, get enough exercise & sleep, & keep away from abusing their bodies with drugs & alcohol. A fantastic body should be defined as a healthful body that serves its owner well, it doesn't matter what stage of life they might be in.

The media will carry on to overwhelm us with pictures of what the vast majority views as a great body. However, if we as individuals decide to change our meaning of what a great body truly is, we can be a positive impact on the attitudes and choices of other people, including young kids attempting to grow up in today's world.
