Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Hamish Everard Natural Therapies, we are committed to providing dedicated appointment times for all patients. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it is often difficult to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
To help us provide the best service to all patients, we ask that you provide at least 48 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Fees
More than 48 business hours notice: No charge.
Less than 48 business hours notice: 50% of the consultation fee may be charged.
Failure to attend without notice (No Show): 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.
Deposits & Future Bookings
Patients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice may be required to:
Pay a deposit when booking future appointments; or
Prepay the full consultation fee prior to booking.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies, sudden illness and unforeseen events can occur. In such circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the clinic.
Confirmation of Appointments
Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. However, it remains the patient’s responsibility to attend their scheduled appointment or provide adequate notice if they are unable to do so.
